The Chase Value Miles Platinum card typically offers a 0% introductory annual percentage rate for the first 12 billing cycles. However, the terms sometimes vary according to the applicant's credit history. After the first year, based on your credit, the card offers variable APRs that are considerably low compared to some of the other airline rewards cards on the market. This card carries no annual fee.
